Dashboards overview
Consult has a set of default dashboards, each tailored to a different role and use case.

| Main Dashboard | Admins, Directors | Firm-wide financials, pipeline, resource forecasting, and work at risk |
| RM Dashboard | Resource Managers | Filtered view of utilization and organogram for direct and indirect reports |
| Employee Dashboard | Every user | Anniversaries, birthdays, events, and leave status |
| Personal Dashboard | Every user | Own utilization, timesheet status, upcoming leave, and current projects |
When to use each
- Use the Main Dashboard for firm-wide financials, work in hand vs work in view, and pending allocation requests. See Dashboard statistics for the formulas behind these.
- Use the RM Dashboard to monitor the utilization of your direct and indirect reports. See Track resource utilization.
- Use the Employee Dashboard for awareness of company events, birthdays, and anniversaries.
- Use the Personal Dashboard to see your own utilization and timesheet status.
- Use the Resource Chart to plan capacity across the organisation.
