Monthly income

The monthly income categories are calculated only for projects that are sold, in progress, or in the pipeline.

Monthly income breakdown on the dashboard

The project statuses map to the values as follows:

  • Work in Hand (WIH) Revenue: The purchase order value for projects in the Sold and In Progress phases.
  • Work in View (WIV) - Medium: The purchase order value for pipeline projects with medium win probability.
  • Work in View (WIV) - High: The purchase order value for pipeline projects with high win probability.

Resource forecasting

Resource forecasting chart on the dashboard

The resource forecasting values map as follows:

  • Work in Progress: Forecast hours for projects that are sold or in progress.
  • Work in View (High probability): Forecast hours for pipeline projects with high win probability.
  • Work in View (Medium probability): Forecast hours for pipeline projects with medium win probability.
  • Current resource capacity: The current capacity across all active users.

The current resource capacity uses the following calculation:

hours per day×utilisation target×(working daysleave days)\text{hours per day} \times \text{utilisation target} \times (\text{working days} - \text{leave days})

Work at risk

The work at risk values map as follows:

  • Actual (low): Actual hours for projects with low win probability.
  • Actual (medium): Actual hours for projects with medium win probability.
  • Actual (high): Actual hours for projects with high win probability.
  • Projected (low): Forecast hours for projects with low win probability.
  • Projected (medium): Forecast hours for projects with medium win probability.
  • Projected (high): Forecast hours for projects with high win probability.
  • Work at risk target: The target used to keep work at risk below an acceptable limit.

The work at risk target uses the following calculation:

hours per day×utilisation target×(working daysleave days)\text{hours per day} \times \text{utilisation target} \times (\text{working days} - \text{leave days})

Pending allocation requests

The pending allocation requests are sorted by the total number of unapproved allocation requests for each resource manager, and categorised by the number of days pending.
